Eric Arndt M.Ed.

An organizational development consultant, skilled curriculum designer and trainer, Eric Arndt is a specialized professional able to deliver internationally recognized standards of leadership, service and compliance training.

Eric is a native of San Francisco possessing a greater than 25 year career in professional education, organizational development and hospitality. San Francisco Bay Area, greater US, and international organizations have gained from his skillfully designed training programs.

His people skills and dynamic approach to corporate education and learning programs make Eric a valuable asset to any organizationís human capacity development plan.

Degrees include a Bachelor of Arts from San Francisco State University and a Master of Education (including curriculum, organizational behavior and training methods) from Brunel University in the UK. Eric studied Organizational Behavior at New York's Columbia University and Educational Administration at UC Berkeley's Graduate School of Education.

In his career he has led projects for the Fulbright Program, Ford Foundation and Worldlearning, and taught in Europe, Asia and Australia.


Eric Arndt goes beyond traditional training methods and brings relevant & polished experiential learning concepts into sessions.

Learning is a product of active listening and class dialogue, as well as introspective shared experiences, both from the participant and the trainer.
